Our recruitment process is fully focused on discover passionate developers and people with natural skills and creativity to find logical solutions.

In a team working context, the technical interviews are based on solving logical problems in a team working context with some of your future colleagues. Let’s talk about our goals, what the position is like and if we think it’s a good fit the both of us.

2. Technical screening

This is the fun part. At this stage, we have a series of interactive real-time technical challenges that let us know what your coding prowess is like and let’s you know how we approach solving problems, how we ask questions and about our work ethic. Before this interview we will send to you references and technical tips to our required subjects.
